PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a hybrid-based Administrator Construction Manager (Contract Title: Administrative Engineering Coordinator) to help oversee critical Outside Plant (OSP) projects in the telecommunications sector. This full-time consulting role offers a balance of office and field work, requiring candidates local to Bridgeport, WV, for on-site responsibilities.

About the Role:

As an Administrator Construction Manager , you'll coordinate construction and engineering activities, ensuring contractor work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. You'll manage timelines, control budgets, and support seamless collaboration with internal teams and local authorities-all contributing to vital telecommunications infrastructure expansion.

What You'll Do:

Oversee OSP construction and engineering activities performed by contractors.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, budget guidelines, and design specifications.

Coordinate with local/state agencies and utility partners regarding ROW and permitting compliance.

Conduct pre- and post-construction engineering inspections.

Schedule projects, monitor timelines, and track expenditures.

Ensure reporting accuracy (invoicing, timesheets) and attend pre-construction meetings.

Collaborate with construction supervisors, engineers, and technicians to drive project success.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of combined Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering and Construction experience .

Strong knowledge of OSP Engineering practices, Construction Standards , and SSP contracts .

Understanding of Work Zone Protection (WZP) and Traffic Control Plans (TCP).

Proficient with state, local, and company safety standards and permitting processes.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with extended driving and moderate lifting.

Flexibility to work overtime and occasional overnight travel as needed.

Valid driver's license required.

Must be local to Bridgeport, WV for fieldwork and site visits.

Pay Details: $42.73 to $47.31 per hour
