DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Harlingen, TX to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services

Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals in Des Moines and surrounding areas

Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals

Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree, highly preferred

Minimum three years outside sales experience

Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired

Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task

Must possess a Valid Driver's License
