DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for leading and managing the execution of local and state-level marketing and field service programs. It involves strategic planning, operational oversight, team leadership, and client relationship management to ensure high-performance delivery and continuous growth. You'll set the direction for your team, align services to ensure seamless execution, and identify ways to enhance margin and expand business with existing clients. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and meaningful metrics that drive results.
Compensation: $70,000 plus up to $1,500 bonus
Contract 7/28-12/31, 2025 (possible extension)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, management, and execution of local and state program execution
Creating and activating fully integrated marketing campaigns that bring clients brands to life in a variety of ways
In-market visits to conduct work-with's which might require overnight stay
Attendance of internal mosaic meetings
Attendance of external client meetings
Manage day to day operations of the field service specialist team
Track work and manage goals of direct reports
Audit field and system work
Define, monitor, and give feedback on key performance metrics, provide overall direction to the team and take appropriate actions when metrics are not met
Work with direct reports and internal support services to ensure that the services are aligned to deliver the perfect visit and that the services are effectively delivered
Set the short- and long-term strategic direction for the team and identify the necessary services and resources required to implement the strategy
Continually look for opportunities to grow revenue and gross margin with existing client
Work within team and Sr. Directors to identify and implement best practices
Administrative oversight (HR, recruiting, accounting, legal)
Serve as the primary contact for National and regional clients
Provide weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews
Direct management of 10-15 individuals
Challenge and manage a team of in-field Field Service Specialists
Be responsible for operational and financial performance and for organic growth of a single program or multiple small programs
Work closely with other key account team partners to determine meaningful business metrics for the program and help to build reporting around it to drive the business
Crisis management - identify field issues and develop solutions
Tracking and maintaining all event budgets, responsible for the bottom-line delivery of your project
Drive revenue growth with existing clients and generate new business opportunities
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Program Leadership & Strategy : Proven ability to design, manage, and execute large-scale marketing and field operations at both local and state levels, with strategic vision and hands-on oversight.
Team & Talent Management : Experience leading field teams including hiring, coaching, performance tracking, and aligning operations to business goals.
Client Engagement : Skilled in serving as the primary point of contact for national and regional clients, providing strategic counsel and consistent reporting.
Operational Excellence : Strong background in managing logistics, in-market visits, auditing systems and fieldwork, budget tracking, and resolving crisis situations effectively.
Marketing Expertise : Deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and brand activation across various platforms.
Cross-functional Coordination : Able to work with internal departments and senior leadership to implement best practices and ensure seamless service delivery.
Performance & Growth Focused : Sharp analytical skills to define and monitor key metrics, with a proactive mindset for optimizing revenue, margin, and business outcomes.
Administrative Acumen : Familiarity with HR, legal, accounting, and recruiting oversight within a program management @context.
