Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (O&SC) has an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, and desires to be engaged in a strategic business transformation that will impact factory performance and profitability. In this role on the Energetics & Propulsion (E&P) Commodity team, you will help refine and govern standard work across the directorate. You will collaborate across multiple teams of procurement and supplier performance professionals to help ensure our standardized work is optimized to best achieve business goals and objectives. One key focus area is the development and implementation of a more robust procurement first pass yield initiative.
What You Will Do:
Execute compliance reviews of medium to high complexity procurements in accordance with current regulations, including FAR/DFARS, and Raytheon processes.
Be the E&P directorate procurement compliance subject matter expert and liaison to the business Compliance team to ensure alignment
Collaborate across E&P directorate teams to develop business solutions and ensure commodity team processes are consistent while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization.
Monitor metrics and take necessary actions to work toward established goals.
Communicate effectively and routinely on E&P directorate issues and results to program teams, functional leaders, Directors, and Vice Presidents.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years' experience.
FAR/DFARS subcontract management experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Procurement experience within Raytheon systems and processes.
Experience working with internal and external leadership.
Solution oriented critical thinking skills.
Experience negotiating terms and conditions.
SAP based environment experience.
Master's degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
Experience collaborating with all levels of management and individual contributors within RTX

This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
