Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruiting team by scheduling candidate interviews, both onsite and virtual, and managing a dynamic calendar. The ideal candidate will excel at prioritizing tasks and maintaining flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

Schedule candidate interviews, both virtual and onsite.

Manage and prioritize tasks within a dynamic calendar.

Maintain flexibility to quickly pivot and reorganize as business needs require.

Support the full-cycle recruiting team in delivering high-touch candidate experiences.

Essential Skills

Experience with talent acquisition.

Strong administrative support capabilities.

Proficiency in scheduling meetings and interviews.

Experience with Greenhouse or Lever, or similar ATS systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Organizational skills.

Familiarity with onboarding processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
