Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Wayne, PA

Type: Contract

Compensation: $24.20/Hour

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: Mon-Fri, 11pm-7am

Description:

Handle all material control functions including shipping, receiving, labeling, and packing of raw materials and finished goods

Maintain and organize rack storage locations using scanning and labeling systems (DSI/JDE One World)

Shrink wrap, band, and stage finished goods for shipment

Supply production and batching teams with required materials to support continuous operation

Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation

Operate and become certified in industrial equipment such as forklifts, electric reach trucks, and pallet jacks

Comply with all DOT and Federal hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations

Support hazardous waste handling procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations

Serve as a trainer and resource for new warehouse hires

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (preferably in a manufacturing warehouse)

Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred (training available)

Familiarity with automated inventory control and scanning systems is a plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
