Administrative Assistant- PAGE Dialysis- Part-Time Benefitted

The Dialysis Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to UVA Medical Center dialysis centers to promote operational efficiency and high-quality patient care.

Greets patients and visitors.

Receives and manages incoming phone calls.

Schedules appointments and registers patients.

Organizes patient records and documents.

Supports quality and patient data collection.

Assists with patient billing processes.

Orders and manages office supplies.

Coordinates and facilitates interdisciplinary team meetings.

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $17.65 - $27.36 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.

Licensure: Valid Virginia Driver's License may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job occasionally requires traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
