Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in East Walpole, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient office operations by providing excellent administrative support and ensuring smooth communication processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain updated records and databases.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a meticulous and welcoming reception.

Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Respond promptly to email inquiries and ensure effective communication within the organization.

Support event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.

Maintain confidentiality and a high level of care when handling sensitive information. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles or related fields.

Proficiency in managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with general receptionist duties and office management practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.

Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
