JOB REQUIREMENTS: WHO WE ARE: We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Delivery. Our company provides FedEx home and business delivery for New Richmond, Hudson and Roberts. We are hiring FT & PT drivers. For Full Time Drivers, we provide paid sick and vacation time off, an annual safety bonus and 401k. ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Mahtomedi, MN Terminal Start Time: 8-9AM END TIME:3-5PM PAY: Daily Income \$180 -\$210, paid weekly on Fridays DUTIES OF THE ROLE: Operate a step van or other delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers Drive in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that all goods are properly secured, and that the vehicle is in good working condition Lift and unload heavy loads, as needed Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ROLE: A valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record are necessary. The ability to lift and unload heavy loads is required Excellent customer service skills are necessary A strong commitment to safety and a clean driving record are essential Must be 21 years of age Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and DOT physical Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions. Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles. Drive vehicles with capacities under three tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations, such as railroad stations, plants, residences, offices, or within industrial yards. Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition. Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
