Job Description

This position is in an aerospace job shop where you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including shipping, order entry, and assisting with miscellaneous tasks. You will use UPS and FedEx for shipping, and be responsible for order entry by finding a PO, inputting it into the system, and managing the manufacturing process documentation. This role also includes packaging, wrapping, crating, banding, shipping/receiving documentation, tagging incoming and outgoing jobs, and loading/unloading trucks using forklifts.

Responsibilities

Manage shipping tasks using UPS and FedEx.

Perform order entry by finding POs, inputting them into the system, and managing manufacturing process documentation.

Assist with miscellaneous warehouse tasks such as packaging, wrapping, crating, banding, shipping/receiving documentation, tagging incoming and outgoing jobs.

Load and unload trucks manually and with forklifts.

Essential Skills

Warehouse experience.

Order entry experience.

Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

High attention to detail.

Ability to multitask.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Forklift operation experience.

Customer service skills.

Work Environment

The warehouse is very clean and well-lit. The air is circulated seven times a day to ensure there is no smell in the building. The work schedule is 4x10s, Monday to Thursday, from 6 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
