Job Summary

We are seeking a General Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of our industrial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping

Support purchasing, shipping, and receiving documentation

Handle basic invoice and job tracking

Provide administrative support to management and production teams

Basic Office Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Accurate data entry and typing skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)

Basic understanding of supply chain systems is a plus

Required Knowledge

General office procedures and administrative best practices

Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics environments (a plus)

Ability to Implement

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Work independently and as part of a team

Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors

Compensation

Starting pay: $16--$18 per hour, based on competency and experience
