You may have also acquired the following skills:

A minimum of 8-10 years of related technical or project experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Advanced knowledge of related Framatome standards, practices, and techniques

Exceptional written/verbal communication skills including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed technical information

Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple work groups, tasks, and projects through subordinates

Customer oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, performance, and delivery of products and services

Completion of HSFL and LIDS courses

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Field Services - PMSC Operations Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Pump and Motor Field Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include d aily supervision and leadership for a Pump & Motors Field Services team of Project Coordinators and Technicians. Scope of responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

Planning and scheduling work for PMFS related tasks and projects

Managing workflows

Evaluation projected workloads and staffing levels

Coordinating with Resource Development, Engineering, Equipment, Project Management, Business Development, and other Project Lines

Managing the execution of technical processes and reviewing progress

Conducting periodic Project Status Meetings for upcoming outage season projects and updating the Product Line Manager and/or BU VP as needed

Setting yearly objectives and goals for team members with a focus on leadership development, technical proficiency, and organizational goals

Providing input to, or conducting, staff appraisals

Developing and adhering to the Cost Center's budget

Supporting internal and external project readiness reviews and post outage critiques

Conducting bi-annual organizational self-assessments

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000 and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
