Administrative Assistant - Interviews Happening This Week

Location: Berkley Heights, NJ

Pay: $18-22/hr

One of our top clients is searching for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be responsible for:

Assist with generaladministrative tasks and office support.

Manage and organize files and documents.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Handle incoming calls and correspondence.

Support various departments with data entry and record-keeping.

Utilize Excel for basic data analysis and reporting.

What you'll bring:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A minimum of a GED or high school diploma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $53000.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
