We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with expertise in electrical system design, reliability, inspection, testing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in electrical reliability & improving electrical system maintenance programs & policies, proficient in creating road-maps for the standardization of maintenance programs, ability to interpret maintenance standards to ensure compliance, familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and has the ability to perform in-depth analysis of trends in electrical system reports & support correction of deficiencies found.
Key Responsibilities:
Use electrical reliability & maintenance expertise to perform maintenance plan gap assessments to industry standards
Provide subject matter expertise in electrical distribution for - electrical maintenance outages and deficiency correction plans
Support annual budgeting cycles and planning
Develop and improve maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems at warehouse locations, including audits of existing programs in compliance with local codes and global standards
Partner with Risk Management and other key stakeholders in changes to the electrical system maintenance programs, aligning with insurance requirements as applicable, including system inspections and testing
Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
Work with CMMS team to improve electrical maintenance plans and ensure reliability data is available
Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with maintenance plans for new equipment and total cost ownership
Audit electrical system maintenance practices to identify deviations and corrective actions.
Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports, and escalate as necessary to drive improvements to maintenance activities, or immediate corrective actions to electrical systems.
Support training and start-up of electrical system maintenance and impairment programs at new operations locations.
Develop and improve installation, commissioning, and inspection processes, including audit practices, related to electrical systems.
On Call support 4-5 times per year providing 24x7 support to network emergency electrical needs
Key job responsibilities
As a member of the electrical maintenance and reliability team for Amazon's North American network, you will focus on ensuring optimal performance of electrical systems across facilities. The role includes analyzing maintenance procedures, implementing reliability improvements, and evaluating new initiatives for maintenance requirements and total cost of ownership considerations.

Electrical Engineering is an Operations and Maintenance focused team that has one mission - to support Operations with industry leading service in the fields of electrical reliability, safety, and resilience.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of electrical maintenance and reliability experience.
Electrical standard and code knowledge with experience interpreting.
Experience with performing critical incident response for electrical system failures along with developing and recommending remediation strategies to restore operational capability
Experience in analyzing electrical failure data and recommending reliability improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of electrical maintenance and reliability experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
