Pay Range: $62,857 - $69,825. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Role)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Last Mile Finance, the Financial Analyst, Last Mile Finance will assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive company performance within the Refill and Filtration businesses. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
Assure data integrity and continuity across financial and operational systems
Support the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accurate reporting of financial results.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business decisions.
Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance.
Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and prepare variance analysis reports.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed.
Qualifications
BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field of study required.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within an FP&A or similar finance function.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in or working knowledge of SQL as will be used daily.
Experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems is a plus.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
