The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations is a key operational and program management role supporting teams across the Marketing organization. This role is focused on driving alignment, executional rigor, and strategic coordination of cross-functional Go-To-Market initiatives.
As a member of the Marketing Operations team, this person will play a pivotal role in building and operationalizing marketing programs that enhance the guest experience and accelerate business performance. The role will partner cross-functionally across multiple marketing departments to ensure programs are designed and executed efficiently, with measurable impact.
The Manager, Marketing Operations reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations Program Leadership
Act as the operational lead across strategic Marketing programs
Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into executable creative and content roadmaps, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders to ensure Marketing efforts are integrated across analytics, creative, product, and channels.
Ensure program initiatives are grounded in guest insights, segment prioritization, and creative testing plans.
Operational Program Management
Drive end-to-end planning, hand-off, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives in partnership with product, channel, creative, and analytics teams.
Establish and maintain workflows, communication cadences, and accountability frameworks to enable operational clarity.
Anticipate risks, manage interdependencies, and escalate blockers to maintain momentum across initiatives.
Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and leadership updates to maintain alignment and visibility.
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline execution, reduce friction, and improve velocity for marketing teams.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Marketing leadership and functional owners by supporting the Marketing Operating Model and process.
Support intake, resourcing and prioritization processes for Marketing projects across teams.
Support internal integration opportunities across Marketing teams and partner teams (e.g. Creative Services, Digital Asset Management, Brand Communications, MarTech)
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the connective tissue between working teams and broader Marketing programs to ensure cohesion and integration.
Build strong relationships with internal partners across departments and levels
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in program and/or project management, with demonstrated success in marketing-focused and/or creative environments
Understanding of guest-centric and data-driven marketing strategy and creative execution
Strong experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience aligning stakeholders at multiple levels and working with ambiguous or evolving priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, project management, or related field
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $76,841 - $82,251 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
