Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level
Location: Centerville, IA
Pay Range: $17.08 per hour
Shift: Third (10:40 PM - 7:00 AM)
What's the Job?
Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
Perform loading and unloading of raw goods and finished products as required.
Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong commitment to safety and quality in all tasks performed.
Willingness to work third shift hours.
Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
