Job Overview:

Location : 26875 Pioneer Ave., Redlands, CA 92374

Shift : 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of forklift operators and shipping/receiving clerks to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role emphasizes team development, process improvement, and accountability, while ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional departments to maintain high customer service levels and accurate inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Lead a team of 8 forklift operators, 1 yard jockey, and 1 shipping clerk.

Drive a high-performance safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, AIB).

Train and evaluate staff on operational procedures and inventory control.

Manage scheduling, labor, and materials within budget constraints.

Collaborate with Logistics, Inventory, and Production teams.

Support inventory cycle counting and reconciliation efforts.

Submit materials requests and monitor supply levels.

Total Rewards:

Compensation : $52,500 - $74,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of warehouse leadership experience in inventory, delivery, and operations.

Proven ability to lead teams and present to senior leadership.

Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory/financial systems.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
