The Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team is an end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain team dedicated to accelerating new technology platforms to deliver on our pipeline of transformational medicines in cell & gene therapies and radiopharmaceuticals.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with deep technical experience, a strong architecture background and understanding of Supply Chain Technologies supporting Manufacturing and Quality Autonomous Operations for ATSC.
As a steward of innovation, you will play a key role in the design of sophisticated transactional architectures. You will engage in the definition of the future state technology template that enables Advanced Therapies to seamlessly interact to build a fully automated Factory of the Future and an E2E Connected Plant.
You will represent the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain domain and partner with the global cell therapies team to provide architecture leadership for ongoing strategic projects, and governance teams, as well as other critical initiatives as defined by the Advanced Therapies Technology team.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology architecture leadership across the Advanced Therapies Plant digital ecosystem. You will influence product development lifecycle architecture and system fit for purpose decisions.
Drive due diligence and discovery work in partnership across Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial ATSC to identify the right business application landscape for an autonomous Plant.
Deliver a plant architecture "City Map" working in conjunction with the Automation Lead.
Active member of the IMT SC Architecture and AT Core Teams engaged in crafting the future state digital Plant design and integration patterns for Advanced Therapies.
Ensure AT Product Teams incorporate industry standard methodologies & lessons learned in Cell Therapies into their product roadmaps and design plans.
Leverage relationship with internal and external architect groups to identify future trends.
Maintain relationship with key business partners in Advanced Therapies, including E&PS, MSAT, R&D, Patient Journey Orchestration, Vein to Vein, Plan, Procurement, Warehousing, Manufacturing (MAM and Operations), Internal Quality, Data & Analytics, ISRM and Legal business leaders.
Leverage / adapt existing capabilities and strategic programs in other technology platforms to accelerate the technology maturity and architectures for AT.

Partner with Technology Product Leads to craft their product roadmaps and maturity.
Participate in test & learns, POCs and other initiatives to accelerate innovation with focus on a highly digital, paperless global model.
Ensure problem solving and decision making addressing major risks and issues by identifying, documenting, resolving, communicating and influencing decision-making with senior leadership when appropriate.
Collaborate with crucial team members and develop diverse and inclusive high-performance teams.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required preferably in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or business or confirmed experience.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
10+ years of experience in technology roles with experience in one or more roles such as Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture.
A proven track record in at least two IT solution development subject areas, including integration architecture, application development, data architecture, infrastructure architecture (cloud/on prem), and network management.
Working experience with and knowledge of Supply Chain manufacturing standards for enterprise and site systems (ERP, Quality systems, etc.) and equipment integration (e.g., ISA-95 standards, etc.) as well as GXP, Privacy, HIPAA compliant systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to accurately analyze situations, reach productive decisions based on informed judgment and influencing partners.
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills needed for both technical and non-technical audiences across organizational levels.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build collaborations to achieve goals.
Preferred:
Experience in a Supply Chain technology, specifically around Make and Quality automation across Distributed Control Systems (DCS), LIMS, ERP integration with multiple autonomous equipment stations and transports such as IMRs.
Knowledge of autologous cell therapy manufacturing is highly preferred.
Experience with integration of robotization.
Experience in Supply Chain Manufacturing and Quality technical capabilities with deep understanding of GXP, Privacy, HIPAA and the impact that architecture decisions have on these areas.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
Other:
Language requirements - English proficiency needed to operate confidently at a senior level in global business.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
