As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol - Overnight Shift in New Braunfels, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also provide outstanding customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and offering support as needed. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the hotel and resort location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and/or questions, providing information and support as needed.
Collaborate with hotel management and local authorities as required during incidents and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
