Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Oakland, Florida. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date data tracking.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed.

Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.

Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data entry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Familiarity with general office operations and receptionist duties.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
