KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to join our CFO organization.Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of strategies focused on process improvements, automation, and digitization initiatives
Analyze existing finance processes, systems, and controls to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization
Streamline finance processes, eliminate redundancies, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Assess new finance technologies such as automation tools, Gen AI, data analysis tools, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, while staying updated on industry trends
Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies; collaborate with finance, information technology (IT), and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment
Provide training and support to finance teams to ensure they have the necessary skills, and knowledge to adapt to new processes and technologiesQualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance consulting roles
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field such as finance or accounting is required
Strong knowledge of finance processes, systems, and controls, with experience in finance technologies, automation, Gen AI, financial planning and analysis tools, and RPA solutions
Proven change management experience, with the ability to drive and manage change initiatives; excellent project management skills; capability of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
