Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Production Operator opportunities in Wright City, MO . Responsibilities for the Production Operator include but are not limited to:

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner following standard work procedures.

Perform physical loading and unloading of materials as required.

Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

Follow all safety protocols including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean work environment.

Assist with general housekeeping and maintenance of work area.

Carry out operational assignments as directed by supervisors.

Candidates for the Production Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

No prior manufacturing experience required- entry-level candidates are welcome!

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to pass a pre-placement background check .

Comfortable with continuous standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Type: On-Site - Wright City, MO 63390

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
