The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to a program as part of a small team that provides Tier 2 Support. You will be the primary point of contact for providing our customer support with the TOPS application. This is a mission critical application that assists in moving our military and DOD all over the world.

Responsibilities:

Analyze tickets received from Tier 1.

Update help desk tickets with root cause analysis and fix action.

Prioritize help desk tickets per the customer's expectation.

Assign tickets to the developers of the application when additional updates are needed.

Document common ticket scenarios, analysis process, and fix actions.

Update and create knowledge base articles.

Provide project support where needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

Seasoned individual contributor.

Follows standard procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

7+ years of experience.

Works well under limited supervision.

Provides assistance when needed.

Desired:

Active Secret security clearance.

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Ability to demonstrate on the job learning.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
