with Healthcare Claims Testing Experience

This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Analyst PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Managements) with Healthcare Claims testing experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality assurance and automation, with a strong understanding of the software development and testing life cycles. Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressive.

Requires five years of experience in each of the following: Requirements gathering and requirements analysis; Writing functional, integration, and system test cases in Pharmacy Benefit Management System

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop software tests for quality assurance to identify software problems and root causes.

· Analyse user needs and develop software testing to meet business requirements

· Participate in software design reviews and provide input on functional requirements to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

· Develop testing programs that address areas such as manual testing, automated testing, functional testing, system testing, regression testing, actively participate in test case development and execution for assigned projects and leverage knowledge of complex software architecture and software design documents.

· Implement quality assurance (QA) strategy and planning, effort estimation, and risk mitigation, and prepare the test suite for QA execution to ensure requirements and quality targets are met.

· Develop test plans and assess performance data; analyse requirements and identify test scenarios impacting business functionality ahead of updates to prepare for implementation; document application defect triage and report defects using bug tracking systems.

· Utilize test management tools (HP, ALM), SQL and Web Applications/Web Services, and relational databases; support all phases of the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).

· Validate the results of testing to ensure replicability and compliance with standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; Knowledge of AS400 Screen/RXClaim

· Functional Experience in both Pharmacy Benefit Management system, Benefits and Clinical testing, claim adjudication and plan set- up.

· Responsible for reviewing all PBM coding, including formulary and plan set- ups, network coding including not only validation of all programming requests sent to the PBM but also constant coding updates performed by the PBM relating to the plan set-ups and configurations.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 44,834 to 76,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
