Job Description

One of Insight Globals major clients are seeking multiple Supply Chain Specialist to support the Supply Chain and Procurement teams within their organization. General responsibilities include:

Tracking purchase order information through purchase lifecycle

Reporting and communicating on purchase order and work order status

Utilizing Maximo asset management database to search for and locate purchase order information

Skills and Requirements

Associates degree

Minimum 6-months of experience within an administrative role with reporting responsibilities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate professionally with multiple high level internal stakeholders Prior experience supporting a utility/energy provider

Experience with Maximo (EAM Enterprise Asset Management) software null
