Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Records Filing & Sorting (Contract)Job Description

A manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support their team with administrative and records management responsibilities. This is a fully on-site, contract role ideal for someone with strong clerical skills and a proactive, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Sort, file, and organize physical and digital records.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry and document scanning.

Support internal teams with document retrieval and filing needs.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Essential Skills

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Ability to lift and move boxes of files as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Experience in document control and record retention.

Work Environment

This role will be fully on-site in a dedicated workspace within the manufacturing and distribution facility. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule during standard business hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
