Work Environment

This role is based in a professional corporate setting, with an open cubicle office environment housing over 200 employees. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, and requires full on-site attendance.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

At least 2+ years of recent administrative experience.

Strong customer service skills.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Pro-active and strong organizational skills.

Experience in data entry, filing, faxing, and mail distribution.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing front desk activities, handling mail, and coordinating office supplies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a front desk backup by answering phones and checking in visitors.

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Log and distribute courier pouches.

Maintain the postage machine and ensure it is operational.

Order and manage office and business supplies, including Intermec labels and business forms.

Book conference rooms and ensure they are kept neat and ready for meetings.

Manage off-site filing and file destruction processes.

Perform filing tasks as needed.

Provide monthly copier counts for invoicing purposes.

Assist in setting up for customer meetings and classes.

Print books and documents as requested by other departments.

Manage badge pictures and maintain the temporary employee log.

Assist the manager with various projects and tasks as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
