We are looking for a PART-TIME Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Pleasanton, California. Hours are M-F 9am-1PM. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for visitors while supporting administrative functions. The position offers an opportunity to showcase your organizational and interpersonal skills in a dynamic office setting.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed appropriately.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution to relevant staff.

Answer and manage calls on a multi-line phone system with care and efficiency.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain and organize office files and documents.

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.

Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create and manage office documents.

Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
