Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Own MVA 101 & 102 (Manufacturing Value Added):

MVA 101: Track and analyze costs related to manufacturing (direct/indirect labor, utilities, facilities).

MVA 102: Manage costs associated with inboard/outboard packaging and related expenses.

Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and update cost rates per product.

Financial Operations & Analysis:

Support monthly closings and budgeting processes.

Monitor and lead both operating and capital expenditures.

Provide ROI analysis for projects, with strategic insights to drive operational performance.

Compliance & Reporting:

Partner with tax and accounting teams to ensure US compliance.

Map and document processes to mitigate compliance risk.

Strong Excel skills required for accurate reporting and analysis.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with plant leadership, supply chain, and other departments.

Support asset tracking and lifecycle in GAMS.

Train and guide teams on financial controls and process optimization.

Special Projects & Continuous Improvement:

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Support forecast accuracy, including variance analysis.

Contribute to operational strategy through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

5+ years of finance experience, ideally in manufacturing.

Strong skills in budget control, CAPEX tracking, and financial analysis.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in multinational companies.

Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Familiarity with fixed asset processes and financial modeling.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
