Staffmark is now hiring Warehouse Packers in Urbana, OH to join a fast-paced, supportive team dedicated to quality and success. Pay & Schedule 1st Shift: $18.00/hour 2nd Shift: $19.20/hour Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts 3 days one week, 4 days the next week (includes some weekends) Exact shift times and rotation will be discussed during the interview. In this role, you'll: Inspect and pack plastic injection molded food containers as they come off the press Ensure 100% quality control for every product Pack products according to specifications on the attached work order Work in a clean, fast-paced environment with clear performance goals What You'll Need Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse work preferred Comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and reliability Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
