This includes engineering teams, distributors, and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP @types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians.

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Concord, CA (also supporting the warehouse in Fairfield, CA). In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse remains cleaned, organized and inventory is tracked and organized.

The Role

Support fulfillment operations for both Concord and Fairfield locations

Maintain warehouses, ensuring they remain clean and organized

Track and maintain inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized

Place orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelves

Issue/return equipment to Technician's on a daily and weekly basis

Maintain min/max inventory levels for all CIFA and CPE materials

Complete daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels

Participate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop

Assign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signed

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

1+ years in broadband, telecommunications, warehouse or related experience preferred

Ability to operate both a box truck and forklift

Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule

Ability to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferred

Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

Ability to work independently

Strong desire to grow and develop team members

Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time

Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools

Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs

Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving
