Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Department Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-perm opportunity. As the Inventory and Shipping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of logistics within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include data entry, assisting customers with product locations and delivery inquiries, and serving as a load planner for Intel deliveries. This role demands excellent customer service skills due to the interactive nature of the position.

Compensation:

Temp to Perm transition

Key Responsibilities:

Complete accurate data entry in both customer and company systems.

Perform double checks for data accuracy.

Assist customers with locating products and provide delivery timelines.

Serve as a load planner for Intel deliveries.

Handle inventory receipt entries in the Chem-Star WMS and customer record systems.

Process specialized customer transactions, including handling hold, damaged, or disposition items.

Conduct inventory cycle counts and prepare customer reconciliation reports.

Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Perform Quality Checks (QCs) on inbound and outbound shipments.

Address basic inquiries about delivery and inventory.
