Restaurant Experience Team Overview
The Global Restaurant Experience Team is responsible for elevating CX & EX through transforming a restaurant's physical space into a functional, visually appealing, and immersive environment that enhances the overall restaurant experience, making the McDonald's experience distinctively golden. Collaborates with development leads for US, IOM, and IDL Segments & the Global Development team to identify and address opportunities to elevate the customer & employee experience, fueling the ability to accelerate new store development & grow restaurant sales.
Job Responsibilities
Role Overview:
The Global Design Execution Manager will work with Senior Director Global Restaurant Design and the GRD Leadership team to drive communications, alignment and organizational support across the function.
Acting as a critical thought partner and critical advisor, the successful candidate will be a personable networker and attuned listener who works collaboratively to run priorities among stakeholders.
A strong background in project management and communications is preferred. This person will handle unique projects and initiatives, including support, logistics and execution of leadership team touchpoints and coordination of outreach across a wide array of internal and external partners.
Primary Accountabilities:
Work closely with the leadership team to help define and develop the strategic vision and key priorities for the organization to drive alignment, awareness, understanding, and advocacy
Work with Global Restaurant Design, Segments and Global Development Leadership Teams, to build trust and help communicate strategic vision
Lead agenda and logistics for leadership meetings, and participate as a thought partner
Act as a central point of contact for sharing updates, process changes, design guidelines / standards and tools.
Own all communication channels and comms plans for new initiatives and roll out to Internal Key Stakeholders (i.e., ownership of @mcd website, newsletters, initiatives, vision planning etc.)
Plan and manage large scale events, virtual and in person
Oversee the GRD org's rhythm of business including cadence of meetings, planning sessions, and crossfunctional touchpoints.
Contribute to supporting the development of talent across various Markets, and Global and Segment teams to help develop a pool of strong restaurant design and/or development professionals.
Demonstrate strong communication / writing skills and creativity
Ability to engage with individuals who may hold different perspectives but share a common interest, primarily motivated by a shared goal of finding a resolution.
Play an active role in contributing to the performance of the Team.
Qualifications
Associate degree (or a similar qualification), or higher-level degrees (Bachelor's / Master's)
~2 years of experience in corporate communications or media
Experience in multi-site food and beverage design is a plus.
Ability to travel to support meetings as required.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $98,140.00 - $125,130.00 per year
