The Account Services Client Management Director is responsible for establishing relationships across a portfolio of health plans and with key internal stakeholders to drive business results. This role will lead the implementation and ongoing client relationship with our largest growth segment.
Location: Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
How will you make an impact:
Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with CareBridge's services, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation.
Partners with cross functional operations and finance teams to forecast and track key operational and financial metrics.
Leads coordinated efforts among operations teams and client teams to deliver a best-in-class virtual medical solution to high-risk and high-need members.
Presents program results to senior health plan leaders, enabling future growth to new populations and markets.
Develops workflows with other Carelon Health products and services to enhance continuity of care for members.
Minimum requirements:
Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
MA/MBA preferred.
Prefer experience in large scale healthcare or state Medicaid and Medicare programs.
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital strongly preferred; may substitute with experience in high-growth healthcare startup or health plan operations.
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are highly preferred.
Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts towards common goals are strongly preferred.
Experience in interacting confidently with senior management, as a subject matter expert and comfort with influencing decision-making preferred.
Expert in Microsoft Office products, most notably in PowerPoint and Excel, strongly preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties preferred.
