$83 per hour (Long-term contract)

What's a typical day as Change Management Lead - Supply Chain Transformation? You'll be:

Planning, coordinating, and implementing change management initiatives that align with the PARM operating model changes within Supply Chain, Business Lines, and Procurement.

Mapping stakeholder relationships and developing communication plans to ensure engagement and advocacy throughout the change process.

Leading the adoption of new handbooks, operating model changes, and training processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.

Have extensive experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives, with a solid understanding of the change process and stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrate proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, driving effective decision-making across the organization.
