Data Integrity Clerk

Job Description

The Data Integrity Clerk is responsible for ensuring accuracy and data entry of all aspects of cost and allowance activities.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Category Business Managers in areas such as new item setup, discontinuations, cost changes, vendor changes, and additional item maintenance.

Investigate and resolve store-reported discrepancies impacting store accuracy in a timely manner.

Continuously meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Audit reports that impact cost, item attributes, taxability, WIC Eligibility, SNAP, funding, and store authorizations.

Ensure accurate setup of new items, vendors, and product discontinuations.

Fulfill promotional price extension requests submitted by the category team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Data entry skills.

Experience with spreadsheets.

Strong clerical and administrative skills.

Attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of data entry experience.

High School Diploma is required.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break, totaling a 40-hour workweek. There may be occasional overtime if business needs dictate. This position is 100% onsite at the headquarters. The facility has an onsite café for lunch.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
