Description

This individual will be using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel on a daily. They will be answering a few calls as they come in, but the phone system is easy to learn. This is a 2nd shift 3PM - 11PM. They will work with monitors in an office based area. They will be fielding incoming calls and directing them to the right departments (police, ER, etc...) or internal employee. They will be adding service tickets. The central station is the middle location for incoming calls. There will be 6 weeks of training with the manager, once that is completed they can expect a dollar to two dollars increase. They will be in training for 6 weeks and then they will be on a strict schedule. When in training they will be floating but will always have 2 week days off. MUST HAVES: - Date Entry (within the past 2 years) - Customer service role (within the past 2 years) - Moderate Excel knowledge (knows basic sumifs formulas) - Clerical role of some sort within the past 2 years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
