Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor responsible for efficiently managing the warehouse operations, including locating, picking, checking, staging, assembling, packaging, labeling, palletizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the prioritization of daily warehouse traffic and preparing both domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

Locate, pick, check, stage, assemble, package, label, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Prioritize daily warehouse traffic to ensure efficient workflow.

Prepare and route domestic and international shipments.

Hire, interview, schedule, and manage the performance of a team of 14 direct reports.

Perform quality inspections upon receipt of materials.

Essential Skills

3 years of warehouse supervisor experience.

Forklift and computer experience.

OSHA experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Aviation experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, typically working 40-45 hours per week, with some hours on Saturdays. The facility is a service center, not an airport/airfield, and is very clean and temperature-controlled. Located in the northern part of Milwaukee.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Pays 80% of medical and covers 100% of dental and vision.
