Our client in Murrysville, PA is hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity. This position is expected to last at least 3 months in duration, possibly longer. They are looking to get someone started ASAP! This position is onsite at their corporate headquarters and the schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm (40 hours per week). Pay: $18-19

The job duties of this role will include:

Scanning paid invoices

Opening mail and distributing to the proper departments daily

Assist with sending mail and packages

Call Vendors to provide payment status updates and shipping updates

Answer phone calls from vendors and answer questions

Must pass a background check, drug screen and credit check.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.

Proficiency with office software systems, including email and basic equipment.

Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

All candidates required to undergo pre-employment assessments, including verification of qualifications and compliance checks.

Familiarity with scanning documents and managing correspondence.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling office tasks.
