Position Description:

Performs routine administrative support or technical program assistance work. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Major/Essential Functions:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Associate Vice Provosts of Outreach and Engagement (AVPs) and Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.

Coordinate and book travel arrangements for AVPs and Directors, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.

Perform routine administrative duties such as data entry, filing, responding to emails, and handling phone inquiries.

Assist in the development and preparation of materials for programs, workshops, presentations, and events.

Attend departmental meetings and events to support technology setup and troubleshooting; record and distribute meeting minutes as needed.

Coordinate events and programs logistics in collaboration with the Program Manager of Outreach and Engagement.

Assist with office supplies and equipment, initiate purchase requests and monitor inventory levels.

Assist with processing expense reports and invoices.

Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Administrative experience at TTU

Experience working in higher education

Demonstrated skills in multitasking and organization

Proficient with Microsoft Office
