Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to develop valuable administrative skills within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team.

Assist with organizing morale events and onboarding new hires.

Handle purchasing of equipment and supplies as needed.

Perform general office support duties on-site.

Ensure smooth team operations and communication.

Essential Skills

Minimum 1+ years of experience in administrative support roles.

Flexibility and adaptability to quickly adjust to changing tasks and priorities.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience in team support, particularly in larger teams (50-100+ members).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 10-40 lbs.

Prior experience in a large company environment is advantageous.

No degree is required to be eligible for this role.

Work Environment

This position requires full on-site presence, 5 days a week, in Redmond, WA. The administrative assistant will work standard office hours from Monday to Friday, with no overtime. The work environment is collaborative, providing exposure to different team dynamics and operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
