Job Description

We are seeking aSenior Manager of eCommercewith a strong background in web technologies, and digital analytics to lead our digital presence in the hospitality industry. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, including a full redesign of our current site, optimizing website performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading website redesign projects and improving conversion rates as well as experience working in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and API integrations. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and data teams to implement best-in-class digital strategies that align with business goals

Responsibilities

Lead website redesign and ongoing initiatives, ensuring seamless user experience (UX) and improved site performance.

Partner and collaborate with teams on developing and executing an on property digital expereince

Work with UX/UI designers and developers to optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility of all digital assets.

Collaborate with development teams/agencies to integrate third-party APIs that enhance website functionality and data flow.

Manage internal team and 3rdparty agencies focused on daily website operations and content creation

Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance booking and sales performance.

Develop and execute a plan using CDP data to personalize the customer's online expereince

Lead the ongoing evolution and optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring accurate tracking of key performance metrics.

Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy, test, and troubleshoot tracking tags for marketing and analytics purposes.

Work with internal and external partners to prepare dashboards and reports to provide insights on website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Ensure smooth data collection and transmission between eCommerce platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.

Partner with marketing, revenue, and IT teams to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.

Implement and execute SEO recommendations from agency partners.

Work closely with external vendors and agencies to drive eCommerce innovation and growth.

Support properties and cross functional teams with their digital needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in eCommerce, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations in an eCommerce environment.

Experience leading website redesign projects, from planning to execution.

Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.

Expereince with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event tracking implementation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
