Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Front Desk to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. This role involves managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a focused and efficient environment.

Accurately enter purchase orders and vendor invoices into the designated software systems.

Transfer financial data between accounting platforms to ensure seamless record-keeping.

Perform regular data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records.

Handle administrative and clerical duties, including scanning and organizing invoices.

Code and post invoices in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.

Assist with filing and documentation to support accounting processes.

Collaborate with team members to address and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow within the department.

Requirements

Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Ability to accurately code, enter, and post invoices.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in handling purchase orders and vendor invoices.

Experience with administrative and clerical duties.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
