About the Team
Our team collaborates closely with Finance teams to enhance financial planning and strategic decision-making through cutting-edge data-driven solutions. We specialize in a range of initiatives, including advanced time series forecasting, which provides actionable insights into trends and patterns, and leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to provide insights that empower decision-makers and solutions that solve complex problems. By integrating these innovative approaches, we strive to drive efficiency, accuracy, and impactful outcomes in financial operations.
What You'll Do
Research and engineer novel data-driven capabilities to power next level business solutions, selecting the best fit for structured & unstructured, complex data, and developing custom models and agents that drive value for our customers and unlock competitive advantage for our organization
Work across functions to define problems appropriately, with a machine learning and Gen AI mindset, strategically design data collection, with deployment at scale
Developing processes and tools that monitor, analyze and continuously improve model performance and data accuracy
Work closely with business and product stakeholders to define strategy, vision, and roadmap for top initiatives
Lead, mentor and grow team members while working in an agile environment
What You'll Bring
Masters degree or PHD in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 7 years experience in an analytics related field.
Deep understanding on neural networks, attention architecture and other DL and ML concepts. Familiar with statistical models, such as linear models, generalized linear models, experiment design, and testing. Experience working with optimization problem
Proven records of solving business problems using deep learning and machine learning methods.
Familiar with some of the DL packages such as Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow
Strong software development skills in languages such as Python, SQL, R, Scala, Java
Experience in involving in deployment and production process.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and product teams.
Experience with Big Data processing and feature engineering using Spark
Experience with training machine learning models through Cloud Services including Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure
Causal inference expertise and experiences
Knowledge on LLM is a plus
