Responsibilities

Position Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Rehabilitation Manager located in Mount Shasta, CA. The Rehabilitation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, medicine, and rehabilitation services on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

*Offering a $10000 sign-on Bonus and qualified applicants

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience. Prefer one (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting

Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory body

Current and active Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy license in the applicable state where employed

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Must be through the American Heart Association)

Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta is a member of the Dignity Health system of health care providers and is a not-for-profit medical facility. We are designated as a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital and are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health care Organizations. In addition to our acute care hospital we also own and operate two Rural Health Clinics providing walk-in immediate care as well as scheduled appointments for routine medical needs.We are located in the northernmost area of California and are part of a network of care including Mercy Medical Center Redding and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff. Pay Range

$51.66 - $74.91 /hour
