This position is for a seasoned administrative professional supporting key members in our corporate group. As the Executive Assistant, your primary role will be to support the President, Chief Operating Officer, CIO, and MMA Controller. You will be responsible for calendar management, coordinating travel, submitting, and tracking expenses, as well as day-to-day business tasks in addition to collaborating on projects and initiatives. As the Executive Assistant, you will organize both large- and small-scale meetings and provide the associated meeting materials. This position requires 3 days in our White Plains, NY office. You will be responsible for light office management duties such as accepting packages, office supply tracking and replacement, mail sorting, corresponding with building management, etc. This person will provide backup assistance to other executive administration and teams as needed. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
