ImpactLife is looking for an Account Manager to join our Business Development team. The primary responsibility for the position is the development and maintenance of successful sales relationships between ImpactLife and customer accounts. This position will initiate sales and sales orders to maximize inventory distribution using parameters established by the department. The individual selected for this position may work from home but must live in our service territory, have the ability to report to assigned location, and is expected to follow ImpactLife\'s Work from Home Policy. Identify and develop regional and national sales opportunities. Understand and manage inventory levels by location, date, and utilization rates to optimize the ability to sell through standing orders (contractual) agreements or movement of excess to avoid waste with financial impact to blood center. Maintain and enhance customer relationships with focus on meeting customer requests and providing service and information to improve customer relationship with Blood Center. Act as a liaison between customers and ImpactLife to ensure optimal customer service, which may include the planning and implementation of appropriate strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. Assist with forecasting and development of marketing/customer goals, both short-term and long-term, to support strategic growth initiatives. Communicate changes in customer operations affecting planned budgeted or strategic outcomes, including those with impact to coordination of recruitment, collection, manufacturing and marketing of blood and blood products which may have financial or staff impact, to management (Director, Sales and Inventory). Communicate customer base concerns or product concerns to appropriate ImpactLife personnel ensuring proper response and follow-up is performed and communicated to customer.
