Job Title: Contracts AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The role involves managing and maintaining customer pricing and contracts within our SAP system, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with various departments, including Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to streamline pricing and contract processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer pricing in the SAP system.

Review and audit customer contracts for pricing and terms accuracy.

Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and other departments to resolve pricing and contract issues.

Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, contract terms, GPO affiliations, billing plans, and documentation.

Manage updates to contracts, including pricing escalations, chargebacks, capital equipment credits, and tier activations.

Ensure all contract processes comply with internal and external compliance standards.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience with contract administration and data entry.

Proficiency in SAP is a significant advantage.

Intermediate Excel skills, particularly with VLOOKUPS.

Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is beneficial.

Understanding of post-execution review processes to ensure obligations are tracked and performance is monitored.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

General medical knowledge and familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) are highly advantageous.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.

Effective communication skills for working with team members and occasionally external vendors.

Work Environment

You will be part of a team of about 14 people, working directly with the team lead. The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You can work from home on Mondays and Fridays, but are required to be onsite in Allentown from Tuesday to Thursday. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
