Our client, a dynamic player in the sales support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the sales support department, providing essential assistance to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for meeting deadlines, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Medley, FL

Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What's the Job?

Manage and handle orders for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Process 40-50 purchase orders daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Answer incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers regarding order statuses.

Monitor orders before cut-off times and manage same-day deliveries.

What's Needed?

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Strong telephone communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
